Monica McNeill  of RE/MAX Signature is a Broker-Associate specializing in  finding homes, town-homes, condos, new homes for buyers  in the Houston Metropolitan area, including the Med Center, West University, Rice Village and surrounding areas.  Monica also works with corporate relocation. Monica is an Accredited Buyer Representative. Armed with an MBA DEGREE, Monica’s  goal is to assist buyers in finding the right home as  buying a home is still today one  of the  biggest investment that a buyer will  make.

Monica also gives both sellers and buyers good sound business advice. Monica provides buyers and sellers with service beyond their expectations.  Most of Monica’s business is based on “repeat business” that is, referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers.

Experience counts and Monica McNeill has over 31 years of experience working with sellers and buyers.  Monica’s pleasure comes from assisting first time home buyers who are in the process of finding that dream home, guiding them through the process until that final closing date when the keys are handed over to the buyers.   “What a great feeling of accomplishment that is!” says Monica.

Monica and her family are very involved in the Houston Community. Some of the organizations she volunteers for are : Dress for Success of Houston,  An Opera Foundation providing funding for up and coming opera singers to travel and audition through the SOMA Foundation, Big Brothers and Sisters of Houston.  For each sale Monica makes a donation in the name of the buyers to the Children’s Miracle Foundation.

Monica’s husband is a Doctor, her daughter Rachel McNeill is a news anchor with KPRC Houston and is married to a Cardiologist. Her other daughter Robyn is married and they live in the  Los Angeles area. Monica and her family are very involved in the Houston community and calls Houston “Home.”
